Perfect for catering establishments, hotels, healthcare or communities, this electric dry heat bain-marie trolley ensures perfect temperature control or cooking of dishes.


Reliable and sturdy in 18/10 Stainless Steel, this professional bain-marie trolley equipped with a double-walled tank, can hold 2 GN 1/1 containers and benefits from thermostats with progressive adjustment in a temperature range from 0°C to 90°C, independent for each tank.


Ideal for cooking and keeping various dishes at the right temperature, this professional bain-marie trolley is also functional with its 4 swivel casters (Ø 125 mm), 2 of which are equipped with a brake pedal for safe stability.


Featuring a pilot light and a heating indicator.

Easy to assemble and maintain, this professional bain-marie trolley also facilitates service with its 3 m cable allowing it to be positioned according to needs.
