Colour Prof Bleeding Knife - 18 cm Blade


Easily slice your meats with this bleeding knife with an 18 cm blade from the Spanish brand Arcos! The professional cutlery range COLOUR PROF benefits from a manufacturing process at the handle level called double injection: a first of plastic (POM) which constitutes the hard core of the handle, followed by a second injection of elastomer.

The elastomer provides a pleasant grip as well as better control and safety thanks to its non-slip properties. This professional knife therefore has a particularly ergonomic handle, allowing you to precisely slice your meats. The blade is also a strong point of the piece: it is made of Nitrum stainless steel, developed exclusively by the brand.

This steel is enriched with nitrogen, making the bleeding knife particularly sharp and solid. It has colored dots that indicate the type of food the knife is intended for. 100% Spanish manufacturing at the ARCOS Albacete factory.
