This Professional Bartscher IK 27TC Induction Hob has a glass heating surface of 28.5 x 27.5 cm all within a stainless steel housing. The diameter of the cooking plate is 22 cm.

In terms of safety, it is equipped with a safety thermostat to prevent overheating as well as a container detector and a child safety lock.

Furthermore, this Professional Induction Hob has 10 power levels from 60 °C to 240 °C and a timer. You can also set the duration up to 180 minutes with an interval duration setting of 1 / 10 minutes. All this with ease thanks to the touch control interface and digital display.
