The Robot-Coupe R 4-1500 kitchen cutter has a chopping capacity of 1.5 kg and can emulsify up to 2.5 kg of preparation.


For kneading, it allows you to knead hydrated leavened dough at 60% up to 1.5 kg. Finally, its power allows for grinding of your preparations up to 0.9 kg.


This kitchen cutter is suitable for establishments serving 10 to 50 covers per service.


From a technical point of view, its 700 Watt motor at 1 speed drives the blade at 1500 rpm.
