Aluminum Cast Iron Pan - 23 cm

This Aluminum Cast Iron Pan is 23 cm in diameter. It is compatible with all heat sources EXCEPT INDUCTION. Dimensions: ø 230 x (h) 55 mm.

Aluminum cast iron is an excellent heat conductor, which allows the pan to be used quickly for cooking. With its 18/10 stainless steel handle that is guaranteed low temperature, its Whitford® Xylan non-stick coating is resistant to high temperatures (up to 250 °C).

The adhesion of the non-stick coating has been improved by a titanium layer between the aluminum and the coating. This double layer process extends the life of the pan and reinforces resistance against scratches. Very easy to clean after use.
