The single drawer can accommodate up to 2 GN 1/1 containers and can be set to provide very reliable professional positive or negative refrigeration.

The front-mounted digital control panel makes operation and temperature monitoring easy, while the wheels and stainless steel construction ensure easy positioning and cleaning. Polar U Series refrigerated units are designed to reliably store your high-value products.

Built to the strictest commercial specifications, these units feature powerful forced air cooling, ideal for reducing food spoilage risks while preserving their flavors and nutritional qualities. If you plan to open your unit frequently, the Polar U Series refrigeration system reliably maintains a consistently cold temperature, even in ambient temperatures up to 43°C.
