The Polar G-Series salad counter is compact and ideal for quick access to fresh ingredients. Part of the lid lifts, the other slides to access the extremely versatile gastronorm space that can accommodate different sizes of GN containers (containers not included). Supplied with 3 adjustable shelves and 3 floor protectors for easy storage. Polar G-Series refrigerated furniture is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. With a strong commercial construction and robust compressors, choose G-Series refrigeration if you need a durable appliance that you need to open frequently. The Polar G-Series excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C. Are GN containers included? Every establishment is different and has different requirements. That's why GN containers are available separately so you can choose the configuration that best suits your needs. A typical configuration would be 8 stainless steel GN 1/4 containers - see spare parts and accessories for the appropriate containers. Is the cutting board on the worktop removable? Yes, the 1370x135 mm cutting board can be removed for cleaning if necessary. How many GN 1/6 containers can this counter hold on top? With a total capacity of 4 GN 1/1 containers, this Polar counter can accommodate up to 24 GN 1/6 containers on top with spacers. Each GN container can measure up to 200 mm deep, providing a total capacity of approximately 72 liters on top.
