This chocolate maker is specially designed for intensive use and has a tank with a capacity of 3 L, perfect for meeting the needs of your establishment.

Easy to use, this chocolate maker is equipped with an on/off switch and a thermostat allowing you to adjust the temperature from 0°C to 90°C in intervals of 10°C. Once the switch is turned on, the device starts to heat up. When the desired temperature is reached, the light goes off, indicating that the chocolate is ready to be used.

To ensure an optimal temperature and protect the chocolate from overheating, this chocolate maker also has a secondary thermostat located below the device. This allows to regulate the maximum temperature of the heating plate, normally set at 70°C. Additionally, the lid is equipped with evaporators that release some of the chocolate aroma, while the anti-drip cup holder prevents unwanted splashes.
