It allows you to extract a significant concentration of water present in certain foods to extend their shelf life. The extraction of water in certain foods significantly reduces the development of microorganisms that cause deterioration.

With dimensions of L 360 x P 470 x H 260 mm, it can hold 6 removable trays. The temperature of this dehydrator is adjustable with a thermostat, and its temperature range is 29°C to 73°C maximum. The trays, particularly robust and solid, are made of plastic.

The design of this professional dehydrator is very simple, and it will fit into all professional and industrial kitchens. Moreover, it complies with important hygiene and safety standards in the catering industry, such as CE standards.
