Ideal for catering professionals, this Preparation Counter built to the highest commercial specifications, these appliances are equipped with a powerful forced air cooling system, ideal for reducing the risk of food deterioration while preserving their flavor and nutritional value. If you plan to open your cabinet very frequently, the Polar U-Series refrigeration system reliably maintains a constant cold temperature in ambient temperatures up to 40°C.

Robust and reliable, the Polar U-Series 2-door preparation counter allows you to prepare pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, and much more, all in one place. Quick access to the refrigerated gastronorm area, large capacity counter, and large reversible white cutting board. Stainless steel exterior and insulated lid. Fully automatic control and constant digital display. Supplied with 2 large shelves (425mm x 538mm).

Although you can place GN containers on the interior shelves, the main compartment is not directly compatible with GN. The top can accommodate 12 GN 1/6 containers, which represents nearly 20 liters of storage space on top. The preparation refrigerator is designed to work best with the lid in place. Once service is complete, the lid helps maintain the temperature in the unit to reduce operating costs. Open preparation counters are also available. With the appropriate spacers, the top can accommodate up to GN 1/1 containers.
