Preparation Counter 2 Doors - 527 L - 16 x GN 1/6

Ideal for catering professionals, this Preparation Counter with 2 Doors can accommodate up to 16 GN 1/6 trays of 100 mm depth. Sturdy and reliable, the 2-door preparation counter allows you to prepare pizzas, sandwiches, wraps, and much more, all in one place. With a capacity of 527 L, it provides quick access to your fresh products.

Constructed from stainless steel, it features an insulated lid, a constant digital display, and fully automatic control. It also includes a removable cutting board measuring 1553 mm in length, 290 mm in depth, and 14 mm in height. The height of this preparation counter when the lid is open is a maximum total height of 1330 mm.

Designed to reliably store your products, this preparation counter is equipped with a powerful forced air cooling system. It is ideal for reducing the risk of food deterioration while preserving their flavor and nutritional value. If you plan to open your cabinet very frequently, the Polar U-Series refrigeration system reliably maintains a constant cold temperature in ambient temperatures up to 40°C.

Supplied with 2 large shelves (425mm x 538mm).
