Refrigerated Ingredient Display Case - 8 x GN 1/4

Ideal for catering professionals, this Refrigerated Ingredient Display Case can hold up to 8 GN 1/4 trays with a maximum depth of 100 mm. A versatile addition to food preparation areas, the Polar G-Series refrigerated ingredient display case keeps ingredients fresh, ready to use, and easily accessible. The glass surround ensures maximum hygiene. Perfect for salad bars, delicatessens, live cooking establishments, etc. It is designed for daily commercial use in demanding professional environments. It excels in ambient temperatures up to 32°C.

The Polar refrigerated ingredient display case can be placed on a wall shelf if necessary. It is not recommended to fix it directly to the wall to allow optimal unit ventilation without obstruction. This refrigerated unit is very flexible and will not suffer any loss of performance without the glass part.

To avoid any damage during transport, the glass is packed separately flat. Assembling the glass on the refrigerated part is simple by following the instructions in the user manual.
