Restoraniproffidele ideaalne, see Positiivne külmikulaud on väga usaldusväärne üksus, mis ühendab kiire ligipääsu uskumatult tugeva tööpinnaga. 476-liitrise netokasutatava mahutavusega saab see külmikulaud hakkama tippkoormusega ning tugevad rullikud ja roostevabast terasest konstruktsioon muudavad lõpus koristamise lihtsaks. Temperatuuri reguleerimine on samuti lihtne tänu sisseehitatud digitaalsetele juhtnuppudele ja ekraanile. Laudal on eemaldatavad riiulid, mida saab kiiresti asendada GN-plaatidega - ideaalne toidu kiireks pööramiseks. Polar U-seeria külmikud on loodud usaldusväärselt hoidma teie kalleid tooteid. Ehitatud kõrgeimate ärinõuete kohaselt, on neil seadmetel võimas õhujahutussüsteem, mis aitab vähendada toidu riknemise riski, säilitades samal ajal nende maitse ja toiteväärtuse. Kui kavatsete oma kappi väga sageli avada, hoiab Polar U-seeria jahutussüsteem temperatuuri püsivalt madalana kuni 43°C ümbritseva temperatuuri tingimustes.

Polar U-seeria positiivne külmikulaud on standardvarustuses varustatud nelja reguleeritava väga vastupidava riiuliga. See võtab vastu GN 1/1 kandikuid (müüakse eraldi). Üksus on standardvarustuses kolme kandikuga. Kui soovite lisada rohkem kandikuid või riiuleid, on vajalikud täiendavad riiulituged - palun vaadake allpool olevat Varuosade ja tarvikute vahekaarti. Köögiseadmeid saab paigutada ka tööpinnale. Kerged masinad nagu segistid, köögikombainid ja vaakumpakendajad saab paigutada külmikulauale.
