Restoraniproffidele ideaalne, see ettevalmistuslett on ehitatud vastavalt kõrgeimatele ärinõuetele, need seadmed on varustatud võimsa õhujahutussüsteemiga, mis on ideaalne toiduainete kahjustuste vähendamiseks, säilitades samal ajal nende maitse ja toiteväärtuse. Kui kavatsete oma kappi väga sageli avada, hoiab Polar U-Series jahutussüsteem usaldusväärselt püsivat külma temperatuuri kuni 40°C ümbritseva temperatuuri tingimustes.

Vastupidav ja usaldusväärne, 2-ukseline Polar U-Series ettevalmistuslett võimaldab teil valmistada pitsasid, võileibu, wrappe ja palju muud ühes kohas. Kiire juurdepääs külmikuga gastronorm-tsoonile, suure mahutavusega lett ja suur pööratav valge lõikelaud. Roostevabast terasest väliskülg ja isolatsiooniga kaas. Täielikult automaatne juhtimine ja pidev digitaalne ekraan. Kaasas 2 suurt riiulit (425mm x 538mm).

Kuigi saate paigutada GN-nõusid sisekülgriiulitele, ei ole põhikamber otseühilduv GN-iga. Ülemine osa võib mahutada 12 GN 1/6 nõud, mis moodustab peaaegu 20 liitrit ladustamisruumi ülaosas. Ettevalmistuskülmik on kavandatud parima toimimise tagamiseks kaane all. Pärast teeninduse lõppu hoiab kaas üksuse temperatuuri, vähendades käitamiskulusid. Avatud ettevalmistusletid on samuti saadaval. Õigete vahepuudega võib ülemine osa mahutada kuni GN 1/1 nõusid.
