Idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration, cette Friteuse À Gaz en acier inoxydable d'une capacité de 2 x 8L mesure 700mm de long, 650mm de profondeur et 280mm de haut. Avec un robinet de vidange intégré, et un disjoncteur thermique. Montée en température rapide grâce à 2 brûleurs indépendants. Zone froide pour la récupération des résidus alimentaires, robinet de vidange. Livré avec 2 paniers pouvant contenir chacun jusqu'à 900g de frites surgelées. Chaque cuve peut cuire jusqu'à 12kg de frites par heure.
