Idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration, cette Friteuse à Induction avec Robinet de Vidange est dotée de deux cuves d'une capacité de 8 L chacune. Fabriquée en acier inoxydable, elle est à la fois solide et durable. Elle est munie d'un contrôle de la température très précis, notamment grâce à sa technologie à induction. En effet, grâce à elle, la matière grasse reste exactement à la température programmée. 

D'autre part, elle est également équipée de deux minuteurs compte à rebours et d'une protection contre la surchauffe. De dimensions L 580 x P 485 x H 406 mm, elle dispose d'un affichage de la température programmée de l'huile. Enfin, elle est particulièrement facile à nettoyer.
