Ce Mixeur MX 235 Plus Bartscher Professionnel sera votre meilleur allié pour réduire en purée, mixer et hacher des aliments chauds ou froids.

Avec une tige en acier inoxydable pour une meilleure longévité, il est conçu pour environ 20 litres avec une tige de 235 mm.

Avec une régulation de vitesse en continu, ce Mixeur MX 235 Plus atteindra une vitesse max de 15000 t./min. afin de réaliser votre purée, de mixer ou encore hacher vos aliments.

Le couteau fait un diamètre de 46 mm et possède 2 lames.

Avec le fouet et l'émulsionneur vendus séparément , il vous sera également possible de mélanger, faire monter et d'émulsifier.
