Idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration, cette Plancha À Gaz Lisse mesure 600 mm de long, 600 mm de profondeur et 280 mm de haut. Avec une plaque de cuisson robuste et facile à nettoyer, un temps de chauffe rapide, un allumage piézo, un bac à graisse, une commande et une soupape de sécurité thermostatique. Fourni avec des injecteurs de gaz naturel et de butane/propane. Ne pas utiliser avec des viandes marinées ou congelées (uniquement de la viande crue et des aliments frais).
