Idéale pour les professionnels de la restauration, cette Comptoir De Préparation Réfrigéré Pizzas et Salades est conçue pour une utilisation commerciale quotidienne dans des environnements professionnels exigeants. Avec une construction commerciale solide et des compresseurs à usage intensif, choisissez la réfrigération de la série G si vous avez besoin d'une unité durable que vous devez ouvrir fréquemment. La série G de Polar excelle dans des températures ambiantes allant jusqu'à 32 °C. La fente supérieure réfrigérée peut accueillir 8 plateaux GN 1/4 de 15 cm de profondeur (vendus séparément) pour contenir vos garnitures de pizza, salades ou sandwichs. Ce comptoir de préparation de grande capacité est conçu pour un usage professionnel quotidien et est facile à nettoyer grâce à sa construction en acier inoxydable robuste et à ses joints de porte amovibles.

Les bacs GN sont disponibles séparément afin que vous puissiez choisir la configuration qui convient le mieux à vos besoins. Une configuration typique serait de 8 bacs GN 1/4 en acier inoxydable. Le comptoir est conçu pour maintenir les bacs en position sans qu'il soit nécessaire d'utiliser des entretoises supplémentaires. Les entretoises peuvent toujours être utilisées pour combler les espaces si tous les bacs ne sont pas utilisés.
